Bangabandhu Corner opens at EWU library

Professor Dr Mohammed Farashuddin, former private secretary to Bangabandhu and Chief Adviser of EWU, along with other guests inaugurated 'Hridoye Bangabandhu Corner' in the library of the university on Thursday

To commemorate the life and work of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, architect of the country's independence, 'Hridoye Bangabandhu Corner' has been opened in the library of East West University (EWU), says a statement.
The corner was inaugurated by Professor Dr Mohammed Farashuddin, former personal secretary to Bangabandhu and Chief Adviser of EWU on Thursday.
The corner is decorated with a sculpture of Bangabandhu and books written on his life and works.
Dr Rafiqul Huda Chaudhury, member, Board of Trustees, Prof Dr MM Shahidul Hassan, vice-chancellor, Prof Dr Muhammad Z Mamun, pro-vice chancellor, deans, proctor, registrar, librarian, teachers, officials, and students of the university were present on the occasion.
