Bashundhara chairman acquitted

A Dhaka court has acquitted Bashundhara Group Chairman Ahmad Akbar Sobhan, his son and an employee in a fraud case, reports bdnews24.com.
Judge Erfan Ullah of the Dhaka Chief Metropolitan Magistrate's Court Monday, however, framed charges against two of the accused and ordered to start the trial.
The acquitted are East West Property Development Private Limited chief Ahmad Akbar Sobhan, his son and director of the company Sadat Sobhan and Assistant General Manager MA Hasan.
