The PSC has published the seat plans for the 34th Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) written tests on job-related subjects for the candidates of professional and technical cadres, reports bdnews24.com.
The Bangladesh Public Service Commission (PSC) published the seat plans through a media release Tuesday.
The subject-wise written tests, beginning on May 4 and ending on May 25, will be simultaneously held in Dhaka, Chittagong, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur and Sylhet centres.
The written tests for the compulsory subjects of the 34th BCS were held from Mar 24 to Mar 31.
A total of 46,250 candidates took part in the written examinations. The PSC on February 7 last year published the advertisement for the 34th BCS examinations against the 2,052 vacant posts of general, technical and professional cadre services.
A total of 442 eligible candidates, including 200 in the administrative cadre and 80 in the police cadre will be recruited from the general category through the 34th BCS exams.
