BDR school reopens

Birshesthra Nur Mohammad Public School and College, located inside BDR's Peelkhana headquarters, reopened Saturday after the Feb 25-26 mutiny forced it to close its doors, reports bdnews24.com.
BDR public relations official Nurul Huda said that there were four educational institutions inside Peelkhana including Birshesthra Fazlul Rahman School and College, Birshesthra Abdur Rouf School and College and BDR Primary School.
He said that classes at Birshesthra Nur Mohammad Public School and College resumed Saturday with 75 per cent attendance.
The authorities have decided to reopen Birshesthra Fazlur Rahman School and College on April 15, but no firm date has yet been fixed for reopening of the other two, he said.
