BRAHMANBARIA, Sept 4 (BSS): Bangladesh Rifles (BDR) seized 972 kilogramme (kg) of Hilsha fish from Akhaura rail station of the district Sunday.
The seized Hilsha fishes were brought for smuggling to India.
During the drive, Akhaura Upazila Nirbahi Officer Mohammad Kamrul Alam and Deputy Commander of BDR Battalion-1 Arifur Rahman were present.
