Bangladesh Institute of Peace and Security Studies (BIPSS) and Bahrain Centre for Studies and Research (BCSR) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU), said a press release.
The MoU will create a platform for cooperation in various fields including joint organisation of symposia, lectures as well as research on major international and regional issues.
The MoU signed in Manama recently also provides for short-term academic studies and research for scholars.
