Book fair begins in Ctg tomorrow

CHATTOGRAM, Feb 07: A month-long book fair begins at CRB area of the port city tomorrow on the occasion of International Mother Language Day.

The Chattogram City Corporation (CCC) is organising the fair.

"We're going to hold a book fair in CRB area with a big arrangement," CCC Mayor Alhaj Rezaul Karim Chowdhury said while talking to the FE.

He also said, "We took all-out preparations to hold a month-long book fair last year. The CCC arranged a book fair in 2019 for the first time in Chattogram."

Due to the corona outbreak, the CCC didn't arrange a book fair in 2020 and 2021. The CCC arranged a book fair in 2022 and 2023.
