Bankers' Puja Parishad, Bangladesh (BPPB), has organised Bani Archona (Saraswati Puja) on the Jagotbandhu Mahaprokash Moth premises in the city January 20, said a press release.
Dhaka University Vice-Chancellor AAMS Arefin Siddique will attend the function as the chief guest. Distribution of scholarships and certificates among the meritorious and disabled students have been included in the day's programme.
After completing rites and rituals, foodstuff and offerings will be distributed and a cultural function will be held on the ocasion.
