BSF kills Bangladeshi fisherman

CHAPAINAWABGANJ, Sept 11 (UNB): A Bangladeshi fisherman was shot dead and another injured by Indian border guards in Masudpur frontier area of Shibganj Upazila Monday night.
Deputy Commander of BDR Battalion-39 Ekramul Haq Khan said BSF from Padma char camp opened fire on five fishermen while they were fishing in the Padma River along the border at about 8pm, killing one on the spot and injuring another.
