BSMMU provides free treatment to child hypertension patients

Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) provided Sunday free health care services to the child hypertension patients on the second floor of the university's outdoor department-1, adjacent to Aziz Super Market of Shahbagh in the city, reports BSS.

A total of 150 children took free health care service at the hospital's Pediatric Nephrology Department on the occasion of the World Hypertension Day.

The free health care service began at 10am and continued till 1pm, said a press release.

Chairman of the university Prof Dr Golum Main Uddin, Prof Dr Md Habibur Rahman, Assistant Prof Dr Ranojit Ranjan Roy, Associate Prof Dr Afroza Begum and Associate Professor Dr Saimul Haque, among others, were present on the occasion.
