B’deshi gets 40 years jail in USA

A Bangladeshi-born naturalised US citizen has been sentenced to 40 years in prison for the murder of his ex-girlfriend's boyfriend 25 years ago, reports bdnews24.com.
Daily Mail and Huffington Post reported that Mahfuz Huq, 47, ran away to Bangladesh after being accused of the murder of his ex-girlfriend's boyfriend on August 9, 1989.
Mahfuz was arrested in India in February 2011 when he arrived in New Delhi to take part in a table tennis training camp.
