CCC gets back electricity

CHITTAGONG, Jun 29: The Power Development Board (PDB) Chittagong region has restored power connection to Chittagong City Corporation (CCC) after 26 hours of snapping it.
The officials said the power connection was restored at 5pm today (Tuesday) following negotiations between the officials concerned of the PDB and the CCC.
The PDB officials cut off the power connection at 3pm Monday for non-payment of electricity bills.
