Chehlam of Khurshid Jahan held

The chehlam of late Khurshid Jahan, a philanthropist, was held in her Iqbal Road residence on Monday.
Late Jahan, wife of renowned footwear merchant Radu and Company late Nasiruddin, was the founder of Merajul Mominat, a religious organisation for women, and an educational institute for girls.
She died of old-age complications at a city hospital on October 11. She was 84.
She is survived by two daughters, a son, grandchildren and a host of relatives, well-wishers and followers.
