The chehlum of Hajja Syeda Suraiya Begum, wife of Hazrat Maulana Shah Sufi Syed Ahmed Ullah, the 7th gaddinshin pir of Mia Saheb Maidan Khanqueh Sharif at Luxmi Bazar in the old city, will be held after Jumma prayers on the khanqueh premises today (Friday), said a press release.
She died on January 22 last at a city hospital due to old age complications at the age of 92.
All the relatives of the deceased are invited to attend the occasion and pray for salvation of departed soul.
