China offers 51 scholarships

The government of China will provide Bangladesh with 51 scholarships for 2009-10 academic year as part of the cultural exchange and educational cooperation between the two countries, reports BSS.

Of the scholarships, Education Ministry's quota is 15 while 10 for Dhaka University, 10 for North South University, three for BRAC University, three for Rajshahi University, three for Chittagong University, three for Ministry of Information, three for Ministry of Cultural Affairs and two for Chinese Embassy.

Nominees of the Education Ministry, Rajshahi and Chittagong Universities will be selected by the Ministry of the Education.
