CIU holds 51st meeting of Board of Trustees

CHATTOGRAM, Oct 19: Chittagong Independent University (CIU) recently held its 51st Board of Trustees (BoT) meeting at its campus in Chattogram.

The meeting was presided over by Lutfe M. Ayub, Chairman of the CIU Board of Trustees.

Board members present included Engineer Ali Ahmed, Dilruba Ahmed, Amir Humayun Mahmud Chowdhury, Syed Mahmudul Haque, Mirza Salman Ispahani, Habibullah Khan, Safia Gazi Rahman, M. Sahab Uddin Alam, Mohammad Amirul Haque, Parveen Mahmud, Selim Rahman, Mohammad Abdus Salam, and the university's Vice-Chancellor, Professor Dr. M. M. Nurul Absar.

Key issues discussed during the meeting included the development of CIU's new campus and preparations for the university's upcoming third convocation.
