Colloquium on gender, culture, law begins in city today

A two-day Commonwealth Asia Colloquium on "Gender, Culture and Law" will begin at Hotel Sheraton in the city Tuesday, reports UNB.
Women and Children Affairs Ministry has organised the colloquium under the auspices of the Commonwealth Secretariat.
Women and Children Affairs Adviser Geeteara Safiya Choudhury will inaugurate the colloquium.
Representatives of Commonwealth Secretariat, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Maldives, Indonesia and Bangladesh will attend the conference.
