Committee to probe infants' death at BSMMU

Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) authority has formed a committee to investigate the recent death of a number of infants in renal failure at its nephrology department.
The three-member committee, headed by Professor Dr Shahana Akhter Rahman of pediatrics department, has been asked to submit its report within three working days.
Dr Muhammad Rafiqul Alam, chairman of nephrology department, and Dr Md Habibur Rahman of pediatric nephrology department are the other members of the committee.
