The report headlined 'Work on Ctg WASA pipelines to end by April' published on page 3 of The Financial Express (FE) on January 19 stated that construction of pipeline of the Karnaphuli Water Supply Project 2 (KWSP 2) financed by JICA would be completed by March-April.
It will actually be the "work of the Chittagong Water Supply Improvement and Sanitation Project (CWSISP) being implemented with the World Bank loan would be completed by March-April", as stated by Masaharu Takasugi, who is in-charge of construction supervision as team leader of engineers of the Karnaphuli Water Supply Project - Phase 2 (KWSP 2).
The inadvertent mistake is regretted.
