Cultural programme organised at ROK envoy\\\'s residence

Embassy of the Republic of Korea (ROK) in Dhaka organised "Charm of Korea V," a cultural programme, as part of the Cultural Exchange Programs between the Korean government and the government of Bangladesh.

It was indeed a concert performed by the COREYAH, a musical group consisting of six musicians, at the residence of Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Bangladesh Lee Yun-young at Baridhara in the city Thursday.

This was the sixth music event since last year to celebrate the long-standing friendship between Korea and Bangladesh.

The two-day-long Charm of Korea V was inaugurated by Secretary of the Ministry of Cultural Affairs Ranjit Kumar Biswas.

The musicians' group performed a variety of beautiful international and Bangla songs. The audience loved the Bangla song "Ami Banglay Gaan Gai" sung by the Korean artistes. They received warm receptions like the audience's standing ovation.
