DAM to raise fund for cancer hospital through lottery

Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM) has announced the Ahsania Mission Cancer Hospital Lottery-2010, which is being launched for the second time from the first day of 2010 to raise fund for construction of a 500-bed world-class cancer hospital.
DAM President Kazi Rafiqul Alam said this at a press conference organised by the DAM at its auditorium in the city Thursday, said a press release.
Also present at the conference were Ahsania Mission Cancer Hospital Adviser Mohammad Ali, DAM Adviser M Khalilullah and educationist Nurul Islam.
The total value of 1,298 prizes of lottery is Tk 5.0 million (50 lakh), while its first prize is Tk 3.0 million, second prize (one) Tk 0.5 million, third prize (one) Tk 70,000.
Draw will be held on March 23, 2010.
