Day temperature may rise slightly---------------------

Light to moderate rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at many places over Rangpur, Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions in the next 24-hour from 06:00 am today (Sunday), according to the Met Office.

Day temperature may rise slightly and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country. Country's maximum temperature on Saturday was recorded at 34.6 degrees Celsius at Madaripur and minimum temperature 24.0 degrees Celsius at Cox's Bazar.

The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 33.8 degrees Celsius and the lowest 27.2 degrees on Saturday.
