The seventh death anniversary of Shafiur Rahman, a pioneer of the movement for promotion of classical music in the country will be observed today (Wednesday).
He was the founding general secretary of "Shuddha Sangeet Proshar Goshthi".
Shafiur Rahman dedicated his life to the cause of classical music, said a statement.
