President of Dhaka Club Salim Bhuiyan handed over a cheque for Tk 1.0 million to Chief of Army Staff Moeen U Ahmed at his office in the city recently, said a press release.
The donation was made on behalf of all members of the club to assist the post-flood rehabilitation programme undertaken by Bangladesh Army.
Dhaka Club executive committee members Ashrafuzzaman Khan (Puton) and Shahjahan Chowdhury were present on the occasion.
