Dhaka's Deputy Commissioner (DC) Office is set to launch the "Hello DC" app next week to facilitate citizens to easily get its services online and make complaints, reports BSS.
DC Farida Khanam said the service will remain open from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm as citizens will be encouraged to record their problems by making a phone call using the app and actions will be taken accordingly. The app will also allow users to submit complaints, collect emergency information, receive guidance related to various certificates, access land and administrative information, inquire about social safety net programmes, and directly report local problems.
