Bazaar Information and Development (BID), a financial news media of the country, will launch its web-based real-time financial information service, Dhakabiz.com, next month.
The website will present live rates of foreign currencies, call money and different commodities around the world, and update business news every hour. There will also be three online trading platforms for buying and selling plots, flats, currencies and commodities.
BID Advisory Committee Chairman and former executive director of Bangladesh Bank Syed Ashraf Ali announced the launch of the service next month at a press conference at a city hotel Wednesday.
'Dhakabiz.com will definitely be a unique platform for buyers, sellers and investors, which will add a new dimension to transaction and marketing of standard banks and companies, apart from ensuring daily purchase and investments made by consumers and small entrepreneurs,' Ali said.
BID founder and Dhakabiz.com innovator Faruk Ahmed presented details of the service before the newsmen at the press conference.
