Dr Md Shafiqul Alam, registrar of Bangladesh Open University

Dr Md Shafiqul Alam, registrar of Bangladesh Open University, and Khaled M Shahriar, founder and executive director of UHCD Foundation, sign a memorandum of understanding on behalf of their respective sides on the university campus in Gazipur on Tuesday. Under the deal, the university will forge a collaborative partnership with the foundation aimed at promoting inclusive education opportunities.
