The third death anniversary of Brig Gen (retd) Prof Dr M Masudur Rahman Khan (MR Khan) will be observed at Mirpur in the city and at his ancestral home Magura today (Sunday).
Prof Khan passed away in Dhaka on February 8, 2012.
Milad mahfil, Qurankhwani and distribution of food among the poor have been arranged to mark the day. Milad and doa mahfil will be held after Zohr prayers at the MARKS Group's prayers room in the capital as well as his ancestral home in Magura, said a press release.
