Drishti Adda held in port city

CHATTOGRAM, Jul 3: Drishti Chattogram, a debate forum based in the port city, recently organised its 5th Drishti Adda at its office.

Wasiqa Ayesha Khan MP attended the function as the chief guest.

Eminent poet Jinnah Chowdhury, Rotary Club of Port City president Saiful Huda Siddiqi, associate editor of the daily Suprobhat Bangladesh Kamrul Hasan Badal and Drishti Chattogram president Masud Bakul, among others, took part in the event.

Wasiqa Ayesha Khan praised the role of Drishti Chattogram in making youths reason-oriented.

She said she was born in a family that worked for welfare of the people as her father Ataur Rahman Khan Kaiser and her mother Nilufer Kaiser were both dedicated politicians of the Awami League.

Drishti Chattogram vice president Shahidul Islam Hiru and secretary Saber Shah also spoke at the programme conducted by Mili Chowdhury, a statement said.
