Brother Ronald Drahozal, CSC, a US member of the Congregation of Holy Cross- who continued his work in Bangladesh as a missionary for over five decades, has recently died at the age of 82.
Ronald Drahozal breathed his last at Dujarie House in Notre Dame of South Bend of the USA state of Indiana on October 15, 2018, says a press release.
Widely acclaimed as pioneer of drug rehabilitation in Bangladesh, Mr Drahozal first established BARACA in 1988 and later Ashokti Punorbashon Nibash (APON) or the Addiction Rehabilitation Residence in Dhaka in 1994.
At present, Brother Binoy Stephen Gomez, CSC, is at the helm of Apon as its in-charge.
