A suspected drug trader was killed in a reported gunfight with members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) in city's Hazaribagh area early Wednesday, reports UNB.
The deceased was identified as Nadim, 38.
Tipped-off, a team of RAB-2 conducted a drive in the area to recover drugs at around 04:00 am, said Bachchu Mia, in-charge of Dhaka Medical College Hospital police outpost.
