Dry weather likely today--------------

Weather may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country in the next 24 hours from 06:010 am today (Sunday), according to the Met Office.

Moderate to thick fog may occur at places over the riverbasins during midnight to morning.

Inland river transport may disrupt due to thick fog.

Mild to moderate cold wave may sweep over Rangpur & Rajshahi divisions and the districts of Gopalgonj, Kishoreganj, Moulvibazar, Jashore, Chuadanga and Kushtia.

Night temperature may fall slightly and day temperature may rise slightly over the country.

The highest temperature in the country on Saturday was recorded at 26.3 degrees Celsius in Sitakunda and Teknaf while the lowest temperature at 7.2 degrees in Tetulia.

The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 24.4 degrees Celsius on Saturday and the lowest was 13.0 degrees.
