Dhaka University 'Ka' unit admission aspirants taking a written test on Friday. The picture was taken from Curzon Hall centre of the university — Focus Bangla The Dhaka University (DU) admission test for 'Ka' unit under the science and engineering-related faculties was held on Friday for the first year honours programme for the 2019-20 academic session.
The test took place from 10am to 11:30am at 86 centers inside and outside the DU campus, said a press release.
A total of 88,955 students applied against 1795 seats of 'Ka' unit where around 50 admission seekers will vie for one seat.
DU Vice-Chancellor (VC) Prof Dr Md Akhtaruzzaman, Treasurer Prof Dr Md Kamal Uddin and Dean of Faculty of Science Prof Dr Tofail Ahmed Chowdhury visited various test centers.
