DU Rover Scouts begin campaignto discourage eve-teasing

A three-day campaign organised by Dhaka University Rover Scouts began in the campus Friday with the slogan: 'No to eve-teasing'.
The campaign includes collecting mass signatures and organising rallies and processions initially in different educational institutions in the city and then across the country.
DU Vice Chancellor AAMS Arefin Siddique inaugurated the campaign at the central playground of DU in the evening.
DU Pro-VC Harun-or-Rashid, Proctor Saiful Islam Khan and DMP Commissioner AKM Shahidul Haque also addressed the function.
Later, Rover Scouts along with dozens of teachers and hundreds of students brought out a procession on the campus.
