The picture was taken from Curzon Hall on Friday — FE photo The admission test for undergraduate (honours) programmes under the science unit for the academic session 2022-23 of Dhaka University (DU) was held in eight divisional cities on Friday.
The test was held from 11am to 12:30pm in the eight divisional cities, including Dhaka, with total marks of 120, says a press release.
A total of 1,27,079 students applied against 1,851 seats of the unit while around 69 students vied for one seat.
This year, as per decision, admission tests will be held only under four units for the undergraduate programmes instead of 'honours first year programme' and there will be 'transgender quota'.
The four units are- arts, law and social science unit, sciences unit, 'business studies' unit and 'fine arts' unit.
