DU student dies of fever, jaundice

A female student of Islamic Studies Department of Dhaka University (DU) died of fever and jaundice Saturday morning at Mymensingh Medical College Hospital.
She was identified as Gulshan Ara Lipi (24) and suffering from fever and jaundice for the last couple of days.
Lipi was a student of Master of Arts (MA) and resident of Room No 13 of Rokeya Hall (extended zone) of the university.
The university authority said Lipi left the campus for her village home in Mymenshigh Thursday.
Earlier, second-year student of Law Department Zahura Khan committed suicide by hanging herself with the shower of bathroom at the same hall June 25.
