The Duke of Edinburgh's Award Foundation Bangladesh held its annual general meeting (AGM) 2025 on Sunday at the Standard Chartered Bank head office, Dhaka, according to a press release.
The meeting brought together the Board of Trustees (BoT) to review the foundation's financial reports, strategic plans, performance and governance.
The meeting was chaired by Rizwan Bin Farouq, chairman of the BoT. Trustees present included Honorary Secretary Mirza Salman Ispahani, Treasurer Talita Choudhury, Naser Ezaz Bijoy, Raiyan Shahriar Islam, and Zakiya Shahrood Khan Runa.
