Duke of Edinburgh's Award inks deal with Brac University

Professor Vincent Chang PhD, Vice Chancellor of Brac University, and Brig Gen Kaiser Ahmed (Retd.), National Director of The Duke of Edinburgh's Award Foundation Bangladesh, exchanging documents after signing an agreement on behalf of their respective organisations in the city on Tuesday

The Duke of Edinburgh's Award Foundation Bangladesh and Brac University signed an agreement in the city on Tuesday, says a statement.
Professor Vincent Chang PhD, Vice Chancellor of Brac University and Brig Gen Kaiser Ahmed (Retd.), National Director of The Duke of Edinburgh's Award Foundation Bangladesh signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.
Through the agreement (Sub-Licence for Unit Operator) Brac University agreed to run the Award programme for its students.
The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award is an internationally recognised award which opens an opportunity to the youth aged from 14 to 24 to discover their hidden abilities and to gain a special sense of satisfaction and achievement.
Rizwan Bin Farouq, Member, Board of Trustees as well as Chairman, Executive Committee of The Duke of Edinburgh's Award Foundation Bangladesh, Abdullah R Chowdhury, Director of Student Experience and Alumni Affairs, Karla A Fraser, Irene Sommer were also present on the occasion.
