Eastern University holds lecture at its Campus-2 in city

Eastern University (EU) organised a lecture on 'Media and English Language Proficiency Enhancement' at its Campus-2 auditorium in the city Wednesday.

Anis Ahmed, international radio broadcaster and web editor, Voice of America, Washington, delivered his speech as the chief guest in the function.

EU Vice-chancellor Rahim B Talukder was present as the guest of honour on the occasion.

Chaired by EU Faculty of Arts Dean Nurul Islam, the function was attended, among others, by Faculty of Engineering and Technology Dean Abul Kamal Azad, Registrar Md Ali Ambial Haque Khan and many faculty members.
