Eight dacoits arrested in Gazipur

GAZIPUR, Sept 22 (UNB) : Eight inter-district dacoits were arrested along with some robbed valuables in separate drives in the district Friday and Saturday.
The police raided Tepibari and its adjacent areas and arrested Shah Alam, Monir, Sumon, Kashem, Anwar and Sabuj from their respective houses.
They also recovered Tk 40,000 in cash, gold ornaments and other robbed valuables from their possession.
