Eight gold-bars seized at HSIA

Customs intelligence officials seized eight gold bars weighing about 932 grams from Postal Freight Unit at the Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA) in the city Tuesday, report agencies.
The gold-bars had been kept hidden in the battery chamber of a Sony play station in a parcel in the flight no. EK582 from Dubai that landed at the airport in the morning, said assistant director of Customs Intelligence and Investigation Directorate Umme Nahida.
