Eight students of DGVC punished

DINAJPUR, July 26 (UNB): Eight third year students of Dinajpur Government Veteri-nary College (DGVC) have been punished by the college authorities for bullying the first year students.
The authorities expelled Masud and Dinar from their semester while Amirul Islam, Erfan Ali and Azam Faruq were barred from attending class and examination for a month. Sohel Rana, Ratan Kumar Ghosh, Farhad Noman Shimul, Badiuzzaman and Badshah were also fined Tk 400 each.
College sources said that the third year students bullied the new first year students in the dormitory on July 10 and 11.
