Ekushey Padak winning journalist and columnist Ranesh Maitra passed away in a city hospital early Monday. He was 90, reports UNB.
Ranesh Maitra left behind his wife Purabi Maitra, two sons, three daughters and a host of relatives and well-wishers to mourn his death.
He was awarded Ekushey Padak in 2018 for his contribution to journalism.
