Electrician beaten to death in Jatrabari

A man working as an electrician for Bangladesh Inland Water Transport Authority (BIWTA) has been reportedly beaten to death on suspicion of theft in capital's Jatrabari area, reports UNB.
The deceased is Anwar Hossain Babu (43). He was taken to a garage in the Council Uttar Sharifpara area on Friday morning, where he was killed. Police recovered his body and sent it to DMCH.
