Md Nuruzzaman, former chief conservator of forests of Bangladesh Forest Department, died while undergoing treatment at United Hospital at 5:00 am on Sunday. He was 76, says a press release.
He left behind wife, a son and a daughter to mourn his death.
He was buried at his family graveyard at village Panch Ghoriakandi in Munshiganj in the afternoon.
