Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM) has selected noted educationist and economist Dr Muhammad Farashuddin for awarding the Khan Bahadur Ahsanullah Gold Medal-2013 in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the field of education and macro-economics. The medal will be formally handed over to him very soon. Dr Farashuddin completed BA (Honors) from the University of Dhaka in 1963 and MA in 1964, says a press release.
