Female factory worker dies due to burn injuries

A female worker of a sari printing factory in the city died Friday night due to burn injuries sustained from hot water while working at the factory.    

Sources said the victim, identified as Jahanara Begum (35), accidentally fell in hot water and received severe burn injuries while working at Pakija Print Sari Factory at Kadamtali under Shyampur Police Station.

Jahanara died at around 3:00 am Friday night while undergoing treatment at the Burn Unit of DMCH.
