Fire contained at BMU No casualties reported

FE REPORT

A fire broke out on Wednesday on the fourth floor of Block E at Bangladesh Medical University (BMU) in the

capital.

However, no casualties were reported.

An official at the Fire Service and Civil Defence control room said they received the report of the incident at 11:14am.

Seven units of firefighters reached the scene at around 11:20am and brought the blaze under control by 11:32am.

The official confirmed that no injuries or casualties occurred during

the incident.
