Former civil aviation official Anwar Ali dies

M Anwar Ali, father of Assistant Editor of the Bangladesh Observer Ali Sanwar, died in the city at the early hours of Monday. He was 91, reports BSS.
Anwar Ali, a former Civil Aviation official, left behind four daughters and one son to mourn his death.
Qul khwani of late Anwar Ali will be held at his son's residence at Flat 1/A, 33 Chamelibagh, Shantinagar Friday.
Family members have requested all well-wishers, admirers and relatives to attend the Qul-khwani.
Adviser for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs AF Hassan Ariff visited the deceased house and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family members.
Besides, Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal (JSD) President Hasanul Haq Inu along with party leaders also visited the deceased house.
Meanwhile, Bangladesh Journalists’ Forum for Con-sumers and Investors (BJFCI) expressed deep shock at the death of Anwar Ali.
