Garment worker kills his boss in Keraniganj

A garment worker killed his boss and fatally wounded another colleague in Keraniganj, on the outskirts of the capital early Saturday, reports BSS.

The dead is Ahmed Ali Arif (29), owner of Arif Garments situated in Babul Dhali Market in Keraniganj.

"Badal, a former worker of the factory, slaughtered Arif at mid- night over a financial dispute. He also injured Abdul Baten, a fellow worker as he tried to grab Badal," said Jamal Uddin Mir, officer-in-charge (OC) of South Keraniganj police station, quoting the injured worker.

Police sent the body to Sir Salimullah Medical College Hospital for autopsy.
